"Cesar, I appreciate you taking the time to write a review. I am always looking for feedback so that my team and I can provide the best customer experience possible. As I mentioned when we spoke, I appealed the action that underwriting took and went through all of the processes I have available to me to overturn this decision. Unfortunately State Farm was not willing to continue the coverage at this point. This is never a conversation I want to have with a customer. I do apologize for letting you down and not being able to continue your coverage at this time. However, to be fair, you submitted multiple claims in a short period of time (not just tow claims). Those claims were handled quickly and fairly. But the extensive claim activity was the issue our underwriters had and the reason they chose not to continue coverage. There are certain things as a business owner that I can control; to me and my team that is providing the best possible customer experience with all things insurance and financial services, and to explain and navigate coverage, and build a policy(ies) for my clients that meets their coverage needs and budget. I will use your situation and outcome to better or operations and customer experience. However, this page is a review on me and my office, not necessarily on State Farm as a whole. It seems your review reflects more of a disappointment with State Farm as a whole, and not my office or me in particular. We take the feedback we get from all of our customers very seriously and I think the general consensus of all of our reviews on here paint a true picture of the type of job that we do.
